Engineer Security Into Daily Operations: * Implement and maintain endpoint security standards, device compliance policies, and secure access controls. * Support security assurance initiatives, including SOC 2 readiness, access reviews, and audit documentation. * Introduce consistent procedures for asset inventory, software licensing, patch management, and configuration governance. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential security risks and strengthen preventive controls. * Ensure technology systems remain dependable, appropriately governed, and ready for continued organizational growth. Automate, Simplify, Improve: * Identify repetitive IT tasks and replace manual processes with efficient, repeatable workflows. * Develop integrations and lightweight automation using scripting languages, APIs, and modern administration platforms. * Streamline device provisioning, employee onboarding, software deployment, and account deactivation. * Connect HR, identity, endpoint, and SaaS systems to improve operational consistency. * Measure operational improvements through reduced provisioning times, fewer recurring issues, and more reliable technology services. What You'll Bring: We're interested in technology professionals who have progressed beyond resolving individual support requests and have developed a broader understanding of the systems that keep modern organizations running., * Administering employee lifecycle platforms such as Rippling. * Building practical automations using Python, Bash, APIs, or similar technologies. * Supporting SOC 2 audits, endpoint compliance initiatives, or broader security governance programs. * Configuring identity systems, authentication policies, and secure application access. * Managing workplace networking, connectivity, and device security. * Implementing measurable process improvements that reduce support volume, improve reliability, or accelerate employee productivity.
