## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 8+ years of SAP GRC experience, including a minimum of two end-to-end (E2E) SAP GRC Access Control implementations.
 * Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.0, including: Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM)
 * Deep understanding of: Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access Risk Analysis and remediation, Mitigation controls, Audit evidence and compliance, SOX / IT SAP security governance
 * Strong experience with SAP role design and authorization, including: PFCG, SU24, SU25, Authorization Objects, User Master Administration, Troubleshooting complex authorization issues
 * Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP security, including: SAP Fiori Security, SAP BTP Security, SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), HANA Security, Integration with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
 * Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
 * Strong ability to manage priorities, support internal/external audits, and document technical solutions.
 * Provide senior-level guidance and expertise to both technical and functional teams.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Lead Automation Transformation & Provide Visibility to Business Segment & Leadership.
