## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
 * 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role
 * Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
 * Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
 * Hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools
 * Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with lakehouse and modern analytics architectures
 * Experience with various data platforms: Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server
 * Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
 * Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and lead scalable data platforms that power data and analytics solutions to the enterprise. This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership, partnering closely with analytics, product, and business stakeholders., * Lead the design and development of high-performing data pipelines and platforms.

 * Architect and optimize data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
 * Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines using modern tools.
 * Establish data engineering best practices, standards, and governance.
 * Maintain stable operations of data engineering pipelines.
 * Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and compliance
 * Mentor and coach data engineers; conduct code reviews.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
