## Description

* Execute manual functional, regression, interoperability, and acceptance testing on smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other connected devices.
 * Validate carrier-specific functionality including voice and video calling, SMS/MMS/RCS, 5G, LTE, NR, VoLTE, VoNR, Wi-Fi Calling, data connectivity and handovers, eSIM and SIM activation, carrier apps and services, E911, roaming, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and tethering.
 * Verify compliance with carrier certification requirements, launch criteria, and quality standards.
 * Follow documented test plans and execute test cases across multiple software builds and device configurations.
 * Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
 * Collect logs, screenshots, videos, and diagnostics to assist root cause analysis.
 * Validate software fixes through regression testing and confirm resolution without regressions.
 * Collaborate with OEM engineering, carrier development, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues.
 * Maintain accurate test documentation, execution results, and certification records.
 * Participate in daily project meetings and communicate status, risks, and issues.
 * Recommend improvements to testing processes, documentation, and quality practices.
 * Assist with maintenance of test devices, SIMs, lab equipment, and environments.
 * Stay current on smartphone technologies, OS updates, wireless standards, and new capabilities.
