## About the Role

* A sound understanding of PC operating systems and TCP/IP
 * Strong interpersonal skills to understand the networking needs and problems of users and communicate clearly with technical and non technical audiences
 * A minimum of 1-3 years experience providing on-site and/or remote technical support to end users.
 * Will consider a strong candidate who has recently graduated with a 2 year computer support related Vocational/Technical Degree.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Must have reliable transportation.

## Description

This position will be responsible for configuration, installation and maintenance of PCs in a team environment. Duties will concentrate on help desk support, network printing, and providing support for laptops and industry specific software., * Installation of new equipment, as well as performing corrective and preventive measures on existing equipment.

 * Insuring anti-virus software is installed, properly configured, regularly updated and working properly on PC and server stations.
 * Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
 * Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems.
