## Description

This role is ideal for an IT professional with experience managing computer systems, servers, user accounts, network connectivity, software installations, and system security. The administrator will work with internal teams to resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and support daily business operations., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and related IT infrastructure.

 * Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
 * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication settings.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
 * Perform routine system updates, security patches, backups, and recovery checks.
 * Support Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Maintain IT asset records, system documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Identify potential security risks and recommend improvements.
 * Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex IT issues.
 * Provide technical support to employees and help maintain reliable business operations.
