## About the Role

* Previous data center, structured cabling, or IT technician experience preferred.
 * Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling and rack-level cable checks.
 * Ability to perform asset scanning and basic quality assurance inspections.

## Description

Park Place is hiring multiple Data Center Technicians with cabling experience to support a short-term data center project in Abernathy, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians seeking consistent hours and significant overtime potential on a fast-paced project.

Technicians will perform copper and fiber cable checks within racks, conduct quality assurance inspections, scan equipment assets, and assist with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.

Responsibilities

 * Perform copper and fiber cable checks within data center racks.
 * Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to verify cabling and installation accuracy.
 * Scan and track equipment and data center assets.
 * Assist with IMAC activities, including installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment.
 * Follow project procedures and maintain accurate records.
 * Work with the onsite team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
