## About the Role

* 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong transformation and solution leadership background.
 * Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.
 * Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and cross-functional integration.
 * Strong experience in process manufacturing environments.
 * Hands-on knowledge of SAP Activate, data migration, testing, cutover, change management, and AMS operations.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.

Preferred

 * SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO certification.
 * MBA, CA, CMA, or related advanced qualification.
 * Exposure to Fiori, BTP, Central Finance, Signavio, and SAP Business AI.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end SAP Finance transformation programs, including roadmap, design, implementation, data migration, cutover, and support transition.
 * Drive Finance process improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting.
 * Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and promote SAP best practices while minimizing customizations.
 * Oversee AMS delivery, governance, service improvements, and stakeholder management.
 * Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and enterprise systems.
 * Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable operational and financial value.
