## About the Role

* 3-7 years of experience in HR consulting, workforce strategy, HR transformation, management consulting, or technology advisory
 * Strong understanding of HR functions, including talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, or HR operations
 * Proven experience facilitating client workshops, leading strategic discussions, and presenting to senior stakeholders
 * Ability to command a room, simplify complex ideas, and make executives lean in, not reach for their phones
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with the creativity to look beyond conventional solutions
 * Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready deliverables
 * Ability to independently manage consulting workstreams, learn quickly, and thrive in ambiguous environments
 * Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo, experiment with new ideas, and turn them into action

We help organizations rethink HR and workforce challenges through innovative strategies, AI, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on advanced manufacturing.
