## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related field, or equivalent work experience that meets guidelines established for job
 * 2+ years of related professional experience
 * Experience with ETMS2 database
 * Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
 * Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
 * Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

 * BA Degree or BS Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
 * Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment

## Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Support Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation

What You'll Be Doing:

 * Provide specific strategic support services, total lifecycle acquisition management support services, and strategic business management support services
 * Develop SOPs, and document meeting minutes. Support the customer in developing and reviewing architecture for MDS assets and integration schedules, network interface designs, integration, testing, and fielding plans.
 * Serve as the ETMS2 Liaison for DCCE
 * Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments for the ICCB/ERB, Staff Actions, etc. Prepare meeting minutes; track items to closure.
