Seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong LOB/business engagement, expertise in business process/workflow analysis, and experience working in an Agile banking environment. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into prioritized user stories and work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams., * Excellent stakeholder and LOB relationship management skills.

 * Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis.

 * Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
\n

 * Work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
\n

 * Analyze data and validate requirements using SQL and database queries.
\n, * Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role in banking, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.

 * Demonstrated experience working directly with LOB leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
\n

 * Strong understanding of banking and financial services business processes, operations, products, or data flows.
\n

 * Proven experience performing business process analysis, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
\n

 * Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
\n

 * Strong understanding of product backlog management, feature prioritization, user story development, and acceptance criteria.
\n

 * Experience leading or facilitating Agile ceremonies.
\n

 * Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data analysis, and data validation.
\n

 * Ability to write or interpret SQL queries to investigate data, validate requirements, and support issue resolution.
\n

 * Experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog, requirements, workflow, and documentation management.
\n

 * Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

 * Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
