 * 1+ years of experience leading design work for large-scale digital transformation programs in government or public sector environments
 * 1+ years of experience designing digital products and services aligned with accessibility standards, including Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
 * 1+ years of experience leading stakeholder workshops, design sprints, or co-creation sessions with client teams
 * Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

 * A strong design portfolio
 * 1+ years of experience translating user research into journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints
 * 1+ years of experience supporting proposals, pursuits, or business development activities for public sector work
 * 1+ years of experience leading modernization of legacy digital platforms or service experiences
 * 1+ years of experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate design workflows, support research synthesis, ideation, content development, or design iteration
 * 1+ years of experience supporting minimum viable product launches, feature releases, or maintenance releases
 * 1+ years of experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers across the product lifecycle
 * 1+ years of experience designing iOS and Android mobile applications, including work aligned to Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines
 * 1+ years of experience using motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, or Framer

 * Partnering with client stakeholders, product owners, and business stakeholders to define experience strategies and solution roadmaps
 * Conducting and mentoring others on user research, journey mapping, concept development, and experience design to improve digital service delivery
 * Driving the creation of accessible, scalable, and user-centered digital products that support modernization goals
