## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
 * 6+ years supporting enterprise-class technology systems
 * 6+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems
 * 6+ years implementing and supporting business technology systems
 * 3+ years of supervisory experience
 * Hands-on experience supporting technology systems across multiple hardware and software environments
 * Experience setting up, configuring, and supporting ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms
 * Experience setting up and configuring applications using Internet Information Services (IIS) in a Windows Server environment
 * Strong knowledge of internet, mobile device, PC, and network technologies
 * Ability to manage end-user expectations, priorities, and deadlines

Systems Software Manager Preferred Qualifications:

 * Understanding of relational database (RDBMS) concepts

## Description

* Lead the implementation, operation, and support of infrastructure services, including servers, networks, telephony devices, and related applications
 * Oversee second-tier support for technology systems across the organization
 * Recommend and drive improvements to systems support processes
 * Monitor and analyze system performance and take action to resolve deficiencies
 * Direct staff during testing, monitoring, and installation of new systems and major releases
 * Supervise direct reports, including planning, work assignments, coaching, and performance evaluations
 * Make recommendations on staffing, hiring, promotions, and compensation adjustments
 * Manage designated IT vendor relationships and build strong partnerships with internal departments
 * Provide consultative support to the Director of IT Services and deliver weekly project status updates
