## About the Role

* 7+ years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking.
 * Azure & Intune experience
 * Windows PC & Windows Server support
 * Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)
 * HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support

Nice to have:

 * Manufacturing plant IT support experience
 * Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
 * ITSM (IT Service Management) experience
 * MOC (Management of Change) experience
 * Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
 * Site vulnerability management experience
 * FDA and GMP regulated environment experience
 * Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience, HS Diploma
