We are looking for Backend Software Engineers (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to join a growing healthcare technology company building a cloud-based SaaS platform used by hospitals and health systems to manage physician compensation, contracts, performance tracking, benchmarking, and workforce analytics.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex backend problems, developing scalable applications, and contributing to products that have a meaningful impact on healthcare organizations. The engineering team primarily utilizes Ruby on Rails, but candidates from any strong backend development background are encouraged to apply. The focus is on strong software engineering fundamentals, system design, and problem-solving ability rather than expertise in a specific language.

As a member of the engineering team, you'll help design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and services while collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders to support a rapidly growing SaaS platform., Building and maintaining backend services and APIs
