## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, MSP operations, and cybersecurity-paired with proven leadership, project management, and vendor negotiation skills., * RMM: ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central (or equivalent)

 * PSA: ConnectWise Manage (strongly preferred)
 * Antivirus & EDR: Bitdefender, Sophos, SentinelOne

Infrastructure & Cloud:

 * Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V
 * Networking: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls; VPN configuration
 * Cloud: Experience with Azure or AWS environments preferred

Communication & Collaboration:

 * Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, Zoom or similar conferencing platforms

Data & Reporting (Bonus Skills):

 * Experience in business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
 * Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * 11+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years in a leadership or project management role.
 * Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is required.
 * Project Management certification (PMP, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
 * Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and client management skills.

## Description

Leadership & Team Management

 * Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT engineers and specialists.
 * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
 * Align team objectives with the company's strategic goals and client success.

Project Management

 * Own end-to-end project execution-from discovery and planning through delivery and post-implementation review.
 * Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
 * Utilize project management platforms (ConnectWise Manage) to manage tasks, timelines, and client expectations.

Technical Strategy & Execution

 * Leverage in-depth technical expertise to oversee complex IT deployments including server migrations, cloud implementations, cybersecurity upgrades, and network overhauls.
 * Work cross-functionally with service desk, engineering, and account management teams.

Vendor & Client Relationship Management

 * Build and maintain productive relationships with key technology vendors.
 * Evaluate and recommend vendors based on client requirements and cost-effectiveness.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project delivery, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Security & Compliance

 * Champion cybersecurity best practices using tools such as SIEM, EDR, and MFA.
 * Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
 * Coordinate with internal and client security teams during audits and implementations.
