## Description

* Own end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting across regional delivery teams.
 * Coordinate integration and system testing activities, managing cross-team dependencies and defect resolution.
 * Develop master test plans, quality gates, and Go/No-Go criteria for releases.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, suppliers, and validation teams to ensure successful delivery.
 * Monitor quality metrics, provide stakeholder updates, and drive continuous QA process improvements.
