 * Managed 2-5 Agile squads comprising 20-50 team members.
 * Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
 * Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
 * Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
 * Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs.

Preferred skills
