* Python Development - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming and enterprise application development.
 * REST APIs & ReactJS / Full Stack - 3+ years of experience developing RESTful services and modern ReactJS applications.
 * Financial Services / Global Markets - 3+ years of Front Office application development experience supporting trading or compliance platforms.
 * Quartz Platform - Hands-on experience developing applications on Bank of America Quartz platform.
 * Trade Surveillance / Risk / Compliance - Experience building or enhancing surveillance, regulatory, risk, or pricing applications.
 * Databases - Strong experience with relational and object databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
 * CI/CD & SDLC - Experience with Git, JIRA, Agile, version control, and continuous integration practices.
 * Fixed Income / Equities - Knowledge of financial products and market structures is highly preferred.
 * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
