## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent
 * Customer service experience preferred
 * Basic computer proficiency
 * Experience in agriculture, precision technology, or related fields preferred
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to learn new technology and software applications

## Description

This role provides foundational support to customers and internal departments by assisting with precision agriculture technology, license activations, equipment connectivity, customer communications, and operational tasks within the Solution Center., * Monitors and responds to Solution Center email and text communications in a timely and professional manner

 * Supports customers with data management and technology solutions while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
 * Assists customers with license activation and renewal processes
 * Answers Activations and Internal Support phone queues and provides basic troubleshooting and assistance
 * Performs outbound customer call campaigns to support customer engagement initiatives
 * Assists with processing whole goods requests from internal departments
 * Supports JDLink equipment management activities
 * Assists with customer equipment validation and data accuracy efforts
 * Maintains accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
 * Develops and maintains positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and internal stakeholders
 * Performs other duties as assigned
