The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and communication skills, along with experience working in Agile and traditional project management environments. The candidate will be placed at our client location in Pasadena, CA. Since this is a client site position, secondary set of expectation from the candidate is to build relationship across client departments, understand their technology and business needs, identify potential projects, and help create opportunities for Ratna Global to provide offshore delivery services., * Facilitate Agile meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act smart(and not hard) and make the best and responsible use of AI tools. * Lead day-to-day project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, deliverables, and commitments. * Act as a bridge between onsite client stakeholders and offshore development and delivery teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. * Translate client requirements, priorities, and expectations into actionable plans for offshore teams. Work closely with the offshore team in the translation of the client requirements. * Manage project plans, sprint backlogs, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and escalations. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate delivery updates to client stakeholders and internal leadership. * Ensure alignment between project scope, business priorities, resource availability, and delivery timelines. * Proactively identify delivery risks and drive resolution in collaboration with the client offshore delivery teams. * Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client organization and the company's offshore delivery teams. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, IT leaders, department heads, and other key client personnel. * Proactively identify opportunities to expand Ratna Global's presence across additional client departments, business units and technology teams. * Conduct discovery discussions with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, upcoming initiatives, project needs, and potential technology requirements. * Manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, tracking progress from initial discussions through qualification, proposal development, and engagement initiation. * Work within the client's vendor-management, procurement, and engagement policies when pursuing new opportunities. * Represent Ratna Global professionally at the client meetings and stakeholder discussions. * Recommend process improvements that enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and long-term account growth.
