## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management of Information Systems or other relevant field; or equivalent professional experience.

\n

7+ years of delivering high-quality HR/IT solutions and related project / support work

\n

7+ year's experience with core HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire)

\n

7+ year's experience with SaaS HR Talent Solutions, specifically SuccessFactors

\n

7+ year's experience in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling and strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment

\n

Foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes specifically for the applications/modules in scope

\n

Excellent SuccessFactors related project/task management skills with a track record of successful delivery

\n

Proven ability to collaborate across functions to create holistic solutions

\n

Ability to work with team's / team members across multiple office locations

\n

Excellent communication skills, n

Proven ability to collaborate across technology and functional teams to create holistic solutions

\n

Solutioning beyond system capabilities (usage of AI, automations, bots, scripts, bolt-ons, etc.)

## Description

Engage with business partners to understand strategy, objectives and needs for processes in scope

\n

Collaborate with vendors, business partners and IT teams to provide the best solution based on requirements

\n

Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations

\n

Execute system configuration, create reports (PRD, Report Stories, BIRT, etc.), collaborate on authorization model designs and work with engineering teams in regard to enhancement / automation requirements (BTP)

\n

Manage and execute project activities for applications/modules in scope

\n

Provide day-to-day support for applications/modules (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.)

\n

Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specifications

\n

Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other 3rd party cloud solutions

\n

All other duties as assigned
