## About the Role

* Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration, including time-entry and workforce time processes.
 * Hands-on expertise with SAP CATS/CATSDB and labor-time processing for financial and operational cost allocation.
 * Experience integrating and validating time-related processes across SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA.
 * Ability to prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings, and testing documentation.
 * Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and production go-live activities for SAP HR/Time Management solutions.
