## About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient Code Coaches who enjoy working with kids and have an interest in programming, game development, and technology., * Experience with Roblox Studio (Lua) and/or Python is highly preferred.

 * Candidates without prior experience must be willing to learn Roblox Studio or Python independently before their interview to be considered for the position.
 * Basic understanding of programming concepts such as variables, loops, conditionals, and functions.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
 * Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in working with children.
 * Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.
 * Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not required.

## Description

* Teach students coding concepts through Roblox Studio (Lua), Python, Scratch, and other programming platforms.
 * Provide personalized instruction in a 2:1 setting, working with up to two students at a time.
 * Help students develop their own games, projects, and applications while building their problem-solving skills.
 * Adapt lessons to each student's experience level, learning pace, and interests.
 * Encourage students to think independently and troubleshoot their own code.
 * Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
 * Communicate student progress and challenges to management.
