## Description

CompuSource Systems provides data processing and information systems for credit unions, including its CompuShare platform. This proposed role focuses on supporting business software, investigating reported problems, documenting solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams to improve the customer experience., * Respond to customer inquiries regarding software functionality, errors, and system performance.

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues and guide users through appropriate solutions.
 * Support users working with financial services and credit union processing software.
 * Investigate software errors, data inconsistencies, and application configuration problems.
 * Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to software developers or senior support personnel.
 * Assist customers with software updates, configuration changes, and application usage.
 * Perform basic SQL queries or data checks when authorized and appropriate.
 * Test reported issues and verify fixes before communicating resolutions.
