## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or another relevant field
\n

 * 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital transformation, business intelligence, or data engineering roles-ideally within the oil & gas industries.
\n

 * Hands-on experience with data visualization, BI platforms (Spotfire), and modern data architecture.
\n

 * Understanding of data processes including data modeling, orchestration, and version control
\n

 * Experience in Databricks or similar data platforms
\n

 * Experience in AI including foundational models (especially Claude and ChatGPT), and modern AI frameworks and concepts such as MCP, LangChain, agent frameworks, LLM-as-OS, OKF, etc.
\n

 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and quality

## Description

As an AI Analytics Engineer / AI Engineer, you will own the designing, developing, testing, and maintaining of AI-enabled workflows, data models, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision making across the organization. You will partner with data engineers and technical teams to deliver AI and analytics products that are accurate, reliable and scalable to the upstream oil and gas portfolio teams. An analytics engineer should have a good understanding of the technical work in building these robust data models/analytics tools, oil and gas industry knowledge, and able to communicate & work in a fast-paced environment.
