## About the Role

* 4+ years of Network Operations/NOC/Network Support experience
 * Certified - CCNA Routing & Switching (equivalent certification)
 * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
 * Experience troubleshooting network incidents, escalations, working with ISP
 * Experience in Software Defined Networks and BGP, OSPF Protocols
 * Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)

Optional/Preferred

 * Basic Scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
 * Network automation (Python)
 * Basic AWS/Azure/GCP networking knowledge
 * ISP/Telecom experience
 * Satellite networking experience preferred
