## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT support experience supporting Windows and Mac platforms
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Active Directory
 * Hands-on experience with Workstation setup, refreshes, and decommissioning
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience with remote support, VPN, and network troubleshooting
 * Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and asset inventory management
 * Knowledge of Lotus Notes, email systems, and mobile device support
 * Prior experience in financial or highly regulated environments
 * Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Associate degree, certificate, or boot camp in Computer Science or related field
 * Proven track record in a fast-paced support environment supporting desktop and peripheral devices

Other Requirements:

 * Must work onsite at our client's corporate location, five days a week
 * Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
