* 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend/UI Engineer or in a related technical role

 * Significant experience building React applications with TypeScript, from architecture through deployment
\n

 * Experience working with agentic AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code)
\n

 * Exposure to deployment and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
\n

 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex technical problems into actionable items
\n

 * A collaborative, consultative approach - comfortable dropping into a challenge, delivering, and moving to the next

 * Strong written and oral communication skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders and the business
