* 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/MAN management, preferably in financial services.

 * Strong expertise with Cisco switching/routing (IOS XE, IOS XR, Nexus OS) and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPC).

 * 7+ years with Cisco ASA/FTD and Palo Alto firewalls.

 * 5+ years in VoIP/mixed TDM environments and supporting IPC turrets.
\n

 * Knowledge of VPNs, load balancers (Citrix NetScaler), and secure access solutions.
\n

 * Data center management experience, including cabling and infrastructure.
\n

 * Strong troubleshooting and project management skills with ability to work off-hours as needed.
\n

 * Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
\n

 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
