## Description

BCBA Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs

 * Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
 * Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
 * Review session notes and clinical reports
 * Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis
 * Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
