## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
 * Experience with Windows Server, Linux, enterprise email platforms such as Exchange and Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
 * Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
 * Experience with performance monitoring, system automation, and infrastructure management tools.
 * Working knowledge of automation and scripting technologies such as PowerShell.
 * Familiarity with email security protocols including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, and applicable compliance frameworks.
 * Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent are preferred.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
 * Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying environments, travel as required, and work varied schedules.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure and a valid driver's license

## Description

* Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions that support organizational growth and scalability.
 * Configure and optimize server environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud-based systems.
 * Manage enterprise backup solutions to support data integrity, availability, and recovery readiness.
 * Maintain enterprise email platforms and implement security and reliability best practices.
 * Develop and implement automation solutions to improve system administration and operational efficiency.
 * Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to identify opportunities for system optimization.
 * Strengthen infrastructure security through system hardening, monitoring, patching, and compliance practices.
 * Perform software installations, upgrades, updates, and patching while maintaining system stability.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and infrastructure-related technical issues.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and system improvements.
 * Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and policies.
 * Monitor potential security risks and follow established cybersecurity best practices.
 * Travel as needed, work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and perform other job-related duties as assigned
