* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
 * 5+ years of applicable web and service development experience using .Net and Java
 * Experience designing, developing, and supporting API-based services in a transaction-processing environment
 * Experience applying Problem Solving throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver reliable and scalable applications
 * Experience using SQL or PostgreSQL to develop, manage, or performance-tune database solutions
