## About the Role

We are seeking a well-rounded, customer-focused IT Support & Tradeshow Technology Specialist to provide Tier 2 end-user support while owning the technology operations for the company's tradeshows. This dual-role position requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, A/V experience, and the ability to work independently in both office and live-event environments., * 3+ years of Help Desk, desktop support, or IT-related experience.

 * Strong customer service, written communication, and troubleshooting skills.
\n

 * Attention to detail and able to take ownership.
\n

 * Working knowledge of Windows, OSX, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, networking, VPN, and wireless support.
\n

 * Ability to travel to multiple annual tradeshows, work extended event hours, and operate independently under time-sensitive conditions.
\n

 * Strong organization, ownership, follow-through, and vendor coordination skills., * Ability to travel domestically to trade shows approximately 20% annually., n
\n

 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent certifications.
\n

 * Experience supporting tradeshows, showrooms, conferences, retail events, or other live environments.
\n

 * Experience coordinating with ISPs, venue IT teams, or technology vendors.
\n

 * Familiarity with scanners, label printing, presentation systems, or sales/event applications., Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with varying temperatures and noise.
