## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT or Business-related fields
 * Prior experience in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Information Technology, Asset Management
 * Superior Excel & Power BI skills and experience
 * Excellent reporting, presenting and communication abilities
 * Excellent reporting, presenting and communication abilities
 * Prior budgeting and forecasting experience with month-end close responsibilities is essential
 * Understanding of matching principles and accounting guidelines regarding expense recognition, amortization scheduling and journal entries.
 * Exceptional analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
 * Strong ability to identify and recommend alternative solutions to successfully meet business priorities
 * Strong interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected groups
 * Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to effectively work with minimum supervision
 * Experience with software assets, licenses, and contracts

 * Proficient in all MS Office applications
 * Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks within established deadlines

## Description

* Compile, prepare, analyze, verify and disseminate monthly financial analysis and reporting regarding all IT Departmental spend
 * Understand and communicate monthly actual financial variances to forecast and budget for all purchasing account codes for all IT Departments
 * Coordinate and support the tracking of IT assets from initial purchase, through renewals and to contract end
 * Understand software contract licensing factors, technical and commercial terms to support the IT department
 * Ensure IT asset pricing is compliant with contractual terms & conditions
 * Maintain IT agreements with term dates
 * Other duties as assigned
