This is a role for someone who treats social media like a lab: you stay at the forefront of algorithmic updates and trends, run tests, read data, and double down on what works, while producing content polished enough to represent the premier surgical practice. Your goal is twofold: analyze the social funnel to optimize for high-quality surgical leads while developing the best-produced, most engaging, patient-first content in the nation. You'll report to the Marketing Director. What you'll do Experiment and optimize * Continuously analyze accounts, posts, and the platforms to dissect the best practices and engagement strategies for the account. * Run a structured testing program using Ai and other platforms to optimize reels for driving surgical leads. * Use Trial Reels, A/B hooks, and format tests to find what drives watch time, sends, and saves with non-followers. * Track performance in a shared dashboard and turn findings into a living content playbook. * Monitor ranking changes and competitor accounts, and adjust strategy based on evidence, not trends alone. Create and produce * Plan, film, and edit Reels, carousels, and Stories with the surgeons, at a polished, premium standard. * Direct the surgeons on camera: coach delivery, write hooks and scripts, and make filming time efficient. * Build recurring series (patient questions, myth vs. fact, procedure explainers, recovery journeys) that showcase natural results. * Build trusted relationships with our patient ambassadors as you follow and film them through each stage of their surgical journey and help them share their experiences authentically. * Write keyword-rich captions and on-screen text for Instagram search and discovery. Grow and convert * Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, and lead routing to the patient care team. * Set up and optimize conversion paths (DM keyword flows, bio links, Highlights) that turn viewers into consultations. * Plan Collabs with local partners and cross-promotion with @lpaesthetics. Protect the practice * Secure written patient consent for all patient content, and follow HIPAA and California medical advertising rules. * Keep content accurate and on-brand, and route clinical claims to the surgeons for review.
