AMERI-CANS is seeking a highly organized and strategic Routing Coordinator to join our high-performing operations team in Manassas Park, VA. In this essential role, you'll be the mastermind behind efficient service delivery-planning and adjusting daily driver routes to ensure on-time performance, exceptional customer service, and smart resource use.  * Develop, assign, and optimize daily driver routes using routing software and geographic knowledge.
 * Monitor driver progress throughout the day and provide real-time route support and adjustments.
 * Communicate route changes, delivery priorities, and job updates to drivers clearly and promptly.
 * Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and operations to meet delivery and pickup timelines.
 * Analyze traffic patterns, delivery schedules, and customer needs to enhance routing efficiency.
 * Proactively address and resolve routing delays or service issues.
 * Maintain detailed records of routes, service times, and delivery metrics.
 * Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and AMERI-CANS safety standards.
 * Evaluate and recommend improvements to route performance, focusing on reducing fuel use, service times, and mileage.
