## Description

Seeking a Lead DevOps Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Automation to improve platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency across enterprise Sales Technology systems., * Build and scale DevOps platforms and automate repetitive operational tasks using Python and PowerShell.

 * Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Octopus Deploy.
 * Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Grafana and Kibana.
 * Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops 7.x, Citrix DaaS, Gateway, NetScaler, and MCS provisioning.
 * Support Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, containerization, Linux, Windows, and .NET environments.
 * Implement secrets management, service-account security, and credential rotation using HashiCorp Vault and BeyondTrust.
 * Support production operations, on-call rotations, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
 * Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Copilot.
