## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
 * 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment.
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 * Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data.

## Description

Ford is seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across automotive and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with structured and unstructured datasets, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with business, engineering, and operations teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives., * Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

 * Structure complex and ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
 * Develop Excel-based models to support business analysis and decision-making.
 * Create concise PowerPoint presentations (3-5 slides) to communicate key findings and recommendations to leadership.
 * Quickly understand automotive and manufacturing business processes and identify areas for operational improvement.
 * Gather business requirements, validate findings, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Support management with data analysis, reporting, and business process evaluations.
 * Adapt to changing business priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.
