## Description

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of a new Android mobile application used by drone pilots for agricultural field scouting and flight planning. The role involves approximately 75% Android development and 25% maintenance and enhancement of an existing iOS application (FieldAgent Mobile)., * Lead Android mobile application architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.

 * Maintain and enhance existing iOS applications.
 * Leverage AI-driven software development practices to accelerate development and improve quality.
 * Collaborate with Product Management, UX, backend, and hardware engineering teams.
 * Develop solutions involving geospatial data, maps, drone technology, and agricultural applications.
 * Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Participate in customer discussions, prototype development, and occasional drone flight testing.
