What You'll Do As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will: * Work within an Agile squad responsible for a specific area of the digital banking experience. * Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality Java applications. * Provide full stack development leadership and technical expertise. * Build reusable tools and solutions that can be leveraged across the enterprise. * Lead solution design and provide code and design reviews. * Mentor developers and promote software engineering best practices. * Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, solution architects, technical leads, and developers. * Translate wireframes, creative designs, and business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
