 * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams
 * Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
 * Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset
 * Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models
 * Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives
 * Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
