We are seeking a skilled Mendix Developer to support the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) program. The ideal candidate will leverage the Mendix low-code platform to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications that support transportation and logistics operations. This position offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical defense applications while utilizing cutting-edge low-code development technologies.

The JTMS Mendix Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining applications using the Mendix low-code platform to support transportation management and logistics workflows. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, system architects, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that meet operational requirements and enhance mission effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix low-code platform
 * Create and maintain domain models, microflows, nanoflows, and page layouts in Mendix Studio Pro
 * Develop RESTful and SOAP web services for system integration
 * Build responsive user interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards
 * Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, databases, and APIs
 * Implement custom widgets and modules using JavaScript, Java, or React when needed
 * Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Mendix best practices and coding standards
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
 * Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
