## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in waterfall project management methodologies or a background in physical hardware production, manufacturing, or construction/engineering management., * 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

 * Experience performing systems engineering activities such as requirements development, integration support, hardware/system verification, or validation.
 * Background in structured project or program management, including schedule control, coordination of technical activities, financial tracking, and risk mitigation.
 * Ability to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams and communicate technical information to various stakeholders.
 * Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Requirements

 * Experience in hardware production environments, engineering/construction management, or manufacturing-focused project leadership.
 * Familiarity with financial management practices, including Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost/schedule performance tracking methods.
 * Strong analytical abilities and a structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and communication.
 * Prior experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.

Physical Requirements

Office, industrial, or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. Lifting and moving materials may be required.
