Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally overseas ## Description The Senior SAP Analyst, Commercial serves as a senior functional expert responsible for supporting, enhancing, and transforming commercial business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver scalable solutions supporting order management, billing, revenue management, contracts, service operations, and other commercial processes. The position is responsible for the full solution lifecycle, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. The successful candidate will help drive adoption of SAP best practices, enable new business capabilities, and support the organization's ongoing SAP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives., * Serve as the functional subject matter expert for SAP commercial solutions supporting Order-to-Cash, contract management, billing, revenue management, returns, and service processes. * Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process improvements, and develop scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives. * Lead business workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, document requirements, and create functional specifications and solution designs.* Configure and support SAP S/4HANA commercial solutions while collaborating with developers and integration teams to deliver business functionality. * Participate in all phases of project delivery including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. * Support business transformation initiatives by leveraging SAP standard capabilities and industry best practices. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions supporting evolving commercial and service business models. * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues. * Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications and external business partners. * Maintain process documentation, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. * Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements. * Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
