## About the Role

Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. **Qualifications:** - Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of experience in MBSE - Experience applying MBSE principles to support complex system sustainment, upgrades, and lifecycle management - Experience performing requirements analysis, synthesis, and traceability for shall statement and supplemental fields evaluation, including test method and success criteria - Experience with knowledge management, configuration management, and LCSP creation, including for IT programs - Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Project Management - Ability to use MBSE tools such as Cameo, to interpret and update system models such as SysML diagrams, to reflect system changes, configurations, and operational impacts - Ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels - Ability to work onsite at Peterson Space Force Base **Preferred Qualifications:**

Your customer will trust you to not only architect, engineer, integrate, test and deploy these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions. **Within this role, you will leverage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, including Cameo, to develop and manage system requirements, establish traceability, link model elements, and generate reports to support program decisions.
You'll develop and maintain a Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), ensuring alignment with program objectives and long-term support strategies.
