## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
 * Erfahrung in der Systemmodellierung und Simulation komplexer technischer Systeme, idealerweise mit Tools wie NPSS oder vergleichbaren Modellierungsumgebungen
 * Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit C/C++, Fortran, Bash und Linux-Umgebungen
 * Kenntnisse in Thermodynamik, Kreisprozessanalyse, stationären und instationären Simulationen sowie im Betriebsverhalten von Gasturbinen
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Gas- oder Flugtriebwerke sowie Kenntnisse in Digital Twin, KI/ML, HPC oder Cloud-Simulationen wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Entwicklung und Pflege von Systemmodellen für Gasturbinen unter Berücksichtigung thermodynamischer, mechanischer und regelungstechnischer Teilsysteme
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Softwaretools zur Leistungsprognose, Transientenanalyse und Bewertung des Betriebsverhaltens
 * Erstellung von Automatisierungslösungen und Optimierungsframeworks zur Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Designstudien
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen wie Verdichter-, Turbinen-, Brennkammer- und Regelungstechnik zur Integration von Komponenten in Gesamtsystemmodelle
 * Einsatz von Digital-Twin-Konzepten, KI-/ML-Methoden und Datenanalysen zur Verbesserung von Prognose- und Entscheidungsprozessen
 * Unterstützung bei Anforderungsmanagement, Systemvalidierung sowie Dokumentation und Schulung von Engineering-Tools und Prozessen
