## About the Role

* 5+ years of full stack software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
 * Experience developing modern user interfaces using Angular or React and integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, relational and/or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise application design, including scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cloud-native development practices.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams in an Agile delivery environment.

These will help you stand out

 * Experience working with healthcare technology or care management platforms.
 * Knowledge of regulated cloud environments and compliance standards such as HIPAA and FedRAMP.
 * Experience with event-driven architectures and technologies such as Apache Kafka.
 * Experience optimizing enterprise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Familiarity with configuration-driven platforms and enterprise AI-assisted development tools, including Copilot.

 * Drive technical design and implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams, resolving dependencies and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
 * Develop and enhance cloud-based applications on AWS or Azure, supporting automated builds, testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
 * Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, security, and scalability, while supporting compliance requirements within regulated environments.
 * Use enterprise AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to support software development, testing, documentation, and engineering workflows.
