## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile team facilitator, project coordinator, or related delivery professional.
 * Working knowledge of Agile Fundamentals, sprint planning, backlog management, Dependency Management, and continuous improvement practices.
 * Experience supporting software development teams and collaborating across engineering, product, quality, and business functions.
 * Experience using Agile lifecycle management platforms such as Rally, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
 * Demonstrated Facilitation, Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision Making skills with the ability to identify and remove delivery impediments.
 * Experience using Analytics & Reporting to evaluate team effectiveness and improve delivery outcomes.
 * Ability to learn and apply AI-enabled tools and automation techniques that improve planning, coordination, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience applying Artificial Intellidence (AI) tools to backlog management, work decomposition, reporting, or team productivity.
 * Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, shared dependencies, or program-level planning activities.
 * Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other approaches to Agile delivery at scale.
 * Exposure to software development, quality engineering, product management, or technical delivery environments.
 * Experience using performance metrics, analytics, or automation to support Process Improvement.
 * Interest in developing broader delivery orchestration, Release Train Engineer, or engineering enablement capabilities.
 * Adaptability and commitment to Continuous Learning as delivery practices and technologies evolve.
