 * Du hast bereits breite Verantwortung getragen, idealerweise in Startups/kleinen Teams oder Rollen mit End-to-end Ownership
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes (Deployment, Networking, Ingress, Observability, Skalierung) und moderner EU-Cloud-Infrastruktur (z.B. OVH und Hetzner)
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code, bevorzugt Terraform/OpenTofu, inkl. Strukturierung von Modulen, State, Secrets und Environments
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Alerting-Tools (z.B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki oder vergleichbare Lösungen)
 * Verständnis für Security-Themen in der Cloud: Netzwerke, Secret-Management, Verschlüsselung und sichere Konfigurationen
 * Erfahrung mit hochverfügbaren, geschäftskritischen Systemen - idealerweise im B2B-SaaS- oder sicherheitsrelevanten Kontext
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit einem pragmatischen Verständnis von Prioritäten (Feature vs. Stabilität vs. Tech Debt)
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse - unsere Meetings finden auf Deutsch statt

* Weiterentwicklung unserer Kubernetes-Infrastruktur (OVH & Hetzner Multi-Cloud, Multi-Region, Zero Downtime Deployments)
 * Pflege und Ausbau unserer Infrastruktur-as-Code-Landschaft (Terraform / OpenTofu, Private Networks, Databases, Storage, Security, Monitoring, etc.)
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb dedizierter Hosting-Setups für Enterprise-Kund:innen

Reliability & Observability

 * Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Logs, Metrics, Traces
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme
 * Weiterentwicklung von Deployment- und Release-Prozessen (Zero Downtime)

Security & Compliance

 * Umsetzung von Security Best Practices (IAM, Secrets, Hardening, Verschlüsselung, Backups)
 * Unterstützung bei der Erfüllung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. ISO 27001, DSGVO)

Incident Management

 * Teilnahme an einer fair organisierten On-Call-Rotation
 * Aufbau und Verbesserung von Alerting, Incident- und Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen
 * Erstellung von Runbooks, Postmortems und nachhaltigen Verbesserungen
